You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33pk Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All deposits to and withdrawals from 33pk Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 33pk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Any real-money balance not connected to the breach will be returned to the Player following the conclusion of the investigation.
Players may request the closure of their own 33pk Account at any time by contacting 33pk support. Upon closure, any real-money balance held in the Account (net of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 33pk was advised of the possibility of such damages.
33pk provides its Services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Planned maintenance and unplanned technical outages may occur from time to time. In such cases, 33pk will endeavour to restore Services as quickly as possible and to communicate any significant disruptions to Players in advance where practicable.
33pk is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or availability of internet connectivity or mobile network services used by Players to access the Platform. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and other cities access the Platform at their own risk with respect to local network conditions.
All content on the 33pk Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game designs, audio, and visual materials — is the property of 33pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the 33pk Platform without the prior written consent of 33pk.
